As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and custom tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your dress will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications.

Payment

For small orders, full payment has to be made before making your dress. For large orders, please confirm with us before placing your order.

Production process and timeline

Note: All the semi-finished dresses has to be conformed to our strict quality standard before transferred to next procedure. All the finished products will be checked twice before shipment.

Timeline: Normally, it takes about 15-25 business days to finish one wedding gown and 12-20 business days to finish one evening dress. If design service needed, please plus 5-10 working days. For order less than 100 pcs, we’ll ship out within 30 working days. We can speed up by doing overtime work and order from our Agents has high priority.

Shipping

Normally we'll select the most efficient way to send the dress by EMS, DHL, and UPS etc. Shipping time: 4-7days by TNT, UPS, FedEx, DHL. If you prefer to use other ways to send your items, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Note:

1.The import duties, taxes and custom charges are not included in the dress price or the shipping cost. It's the buyer's responsibility.

2.Steam press is recommended after international transportation.

We can make dresses in your own design based on the pictures, patterns, even sketches provided. We will make replicas as per your specifications and send detailed photos for your approval before sending. 100% satisfication guaranteed.

Label service: We can attach your private label on any of your orders. Custom label's minimum order is 300 pcs cost about USD 50.
